SIAMS stands for the Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools. All Church of England dioceses and the Methodist Church use the National Society's framework as a process for evaluating the extent to which church schools are "distinctively and recognisably Christian institutions".

A SIAMS inspection focuses on the effect that the Christian ethos of the academy has on the students who attend it. The focus of the inspection is around key questions:

• Who are we as a school?
• What are we doing here?
• How, then, shall we live and learn together? 

As a new Church school, our school has not yet received its first SIAMs inspection.
