Access to Children’s Emotional Wellbeing.

   

Rise - https://cwrise.com/ - Rise is a family of NHS-led services providing emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Rise aims to build resilience and empower children and young people (as well as the adults in their lives) to know where to go for help and advice.

It’s made up of a number of different services, each led by mental health specialists.  See attached files for further support.

Rise/Mental health in Schools - The Mental Health in Schools Teams (sometimes referred to as Mental Health Support Teams) are based in a growing number of schools throughout Coventry and Warwickshire.  Their aim is to support children, young people and their families to achieve positive mental wellbeing.

Rise Crisis line:  24/7 Crisis line.  For urgent calls for children and young people who are experiencing a mental health crisis contact the 24/7 Rise Crisis team on 02476 641799 (8.00am to 8.00 pm) or 0300200 0011 outside these hours.

 

Dimensions Toolkit https://cwrise.com/dimensions-tool - helps assess a comprehensive emotional wellbeing/mental health assessment identifying deficits in young people's emotional wellbeing, making recommendations, signposting and suggests appropriate referrals into RISE.
