Family Information Service (FIS) Helpline 0800 408 1558 is available for parents. They can signpost parents to the right support on family relationships, finances, housing, parent support, SEN needs and disabilities, childcare, and health & wellbeing.

Access to Parenting Advice and Support
Family Support Worker Helpline 01926 412412 is available for parents and can support with all issues relating to parenting. They can offer immediate Family Support Worker advice and signposting to access immediate help.
There are also face to face drop-in sessions for further support. Call the helpline for further information.

The virtual workshops are delivered by Senior Parent Trainers. Should parents feel they require further support following their attendance of the workshop/programme the Senior Parent Trainer will signpost them to additional services available.

Access Children’s Young People Health Support
Connect for Health is a school nurse-led service that supports children, young people and their families in Warwickshire. We deliver key elements of the Healthy Child programme, working to identify and meet the health and wellbeing needs of the school-age population and give individuals the best possible start in life https://www.compass-uk.org/services/c4h/
Rugby Food bank - We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
